This dress was INCREDIBLE, I screamed when I walked into the room and saw it hanging. It is a Monique Lhuillier design and was delicious!!! Also, since seeing the ad for BRIDESMAIDS the movie, I have been dying to emulate that shot with a fun bunch of girls. These guys were awesome and it was sooooo much fun for all! xo

The beautiful Riviera Maya was the location for this gorgeous celebration. Located just south of Cancun, the ocean is jewel toned and mesmerizing! The couple was so in love and all 24 or so guests were thrilled to celelbrate with them. Congratulations T+J, it was such an honor to capture your destination nuptials! LOVE YOU! **..**]]> Congratulations to the Duke + Duchess of Cambridge! http://heathersaundersphotography.com/blog/index.php?link=127 http://heathersaundersphotography.com/blog/index.php?link=127 Fri, 29 Apr 2011 08:12:22 -0600 So I will admit that I have been up since 4 a.m watching the Royal Wedding. I was 11 years old and remember vividly the wedding of Diana and Prince Charles. I remember when William was born, seems like yesterday. And with watchful wedding photographer eyes and a mothers heart I watched the wedding today. Loved everything from the DRESS (I'm a HUGE Alexander McQueen fan and thought this was a fitting tribute), to the Sweet William in the bouquet. I also LOVED the maid of honor dress in WHITE! You may think this is crazy, a bridal party member in white/ivory, well let me tell you it is JUST stunning and doesn't steal anything away from the bride. Angela was an apparently fashion forward bride that I had a few years ago and she had all her maids in ivory. STUNNING!

With all of the chaos going on with the world and economy, it was a nice little fairytale escapism for the morning. I will say that having weddings in my life everyday is a blessing I will never stop pinching myself over. What a great job I have.
